All,

Thank you for your patience with the modular = process. Campus Planning is working tirelessly with the contractor and the City = for final approval for us to move in. The updated schedule is as = follows:

June 16-20 -- 1st stage cleaning and furnishing of = the Modular units.

June 21 -- Final Fire Department approval for modular = units to be used for Housing.

June 21 -- After Final inspection by the Fire = Department the 2nd and final stage of cleaning and furnishing of the Modular units (top = bunks, microfridges) will be completed.

June 22 -- Students pick up keys for modular = units.

June 22-26 -- Students can move into Modular = units.

June 26 -- SUG Houses Closed for = restoration.

The South Houses can continue to be used until the = 26th of June, but will close at the end of business on the 26th. Everyone = and everything must be out then.

Physical Plant will also be assisting us with the = furniture moves, set up and clean up, per Art Elbert.
